The site publishes informational articles, spreadsheets, and templates designed to help people plan and track everyday expenses such as rent, food, transport, and irregular costs. Services do not include personalized financial planning or regulated advisory services. Any paid features or course enrolment are clearly described on the relevant product pages and are limited to the scope stated on those pages.

3. User obligations

Users agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith. 12. Dispute resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt informal resolution. A user must send a written notice describing the dispute to the contact email provided below and allow 30 days for informal resolution. If no agreement is reached, disputes will proceed to the courts specified in the governing law clause.

13. Termination

Fondo Claro may suspend or terminate user access for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons, with or without prior notice. Certain provisions such as indemnification, limitation of liability, and intellectual property survive termination. Termination does not waive Fondo Claro's right to pursue other remedies available under law.
